We offer accommodation in lavvos made of wood. An atmospheric alternative for those who want a very special outdoor experience. The unique thing about an overnight stay in a lavvo is that the atmosphere is very special. Sitting on a reindeer skin, hearing the wood crackle enjoying good food and drink adds the finishing touch to your experience.

The UFO camp is idyllically located, with a good view of Finsåhøgda and Rogne, where many have observed the light phenomenon. In addition to the lavvos, there is a campsite with benches, an outdoor toilet and a gapahuk where you can sit outside all night scouting for the Hessdal phenomenon, for those who are interested in it.

We have a lot to offer on the activity front, everything from mountain riding, team building activities to fun and social activities. This is excellent for company trips, blue trips, birthdays, events, team building, romantic weekends, school, kindergartens, bachelor parties and for those who just want to enjoy the silence on the mountain. Here you can grill and enjoy yourself, or simply order catering or your own chef.

Hessdalen has lots of beautiful fishing lakes, which are easily accessible, and we can tempt you with beautiful nature, rich wildlife and great hiking opportunities!
