Geirangerfjord and the Hjørundfjord - The world's most beautiful fjords?
Geriangerfjorden is 15 kilometers long and in the innermost part of the fjord you will find Geiranger. The fjord is one of Norway's most visited tourist destinations, and on 14 July 2005 was inscribed on UNESCO's list of world cultural and natural heritage sites.

Bridal Veil and the Seven Sisters
Bridal Veil and the Seven Sisters are the names of some of the many waterfalls in the Geiranger Fjord. Both the waterfalls has a vertical height of about 300 meters. The name "The Seven Sisters" has arisen because many thought that the falls from a distance resemble hair to seven women.
Ørneveien
Ørnevegen is the name of the very steep stretch of road that runs from Geiranger and upwards towards Eidsdal (road 63). The road winds its way up through 11 hairpin bends to the highest point on 620 m road was opened in 1955 and gave helårsvei to Geiranger. The name Ørneveien is because this is an area with very much eagle.
Hjørundfjorden
Hjørundfjorden with tourist villages Saebo, Trandal, Eye, Birch and Standal is about 35km long, and is surrounded by the jagged and mighty Sunnmørsalpene.
